Skip to main contentWhy it Matters
Understand how often users interact with your application features and if they use them regularly when engaging with your application. A high feature engagement rate contributes to better product usage, providing users with more value and giving them a higher chance of returning to use your features again in the future.
Analyzing feature usage frequency per session can help you identify which features are most valuable and interesting to your users, and where to focus your time and resources for maximum impact.
A low feature engagement rate may indicate that your feature is either hard to use or not providing enough value to your users, leading to a lack of interest and engagement.
Definition
Feature engagement measures the percentage of user sessions where a specific feature was used at least once. If multiple features are selected, we check if any of them was used within the session.
