Creating, Targeting & Publishing Content

  1. Create Content: Content is created and edited either through our dashboard application or using our Chrome extension.
  2. Target Content: Once you’re satisfied with how your content looks, you can configure where, how, and to whom your content will appear.
  3. Publish Content: Once you’re satisfied with your configuration, you can select which application environments your content should appear in.
  4. Analyze Outcomes: Measure how successfully your users are interacting with your content and how successfully it contributes toward your business goals.

Guides

Guides are used to either introduce users to your application or guide them through a specific task that requires multiple steps to complete. Product tours and help guides are primarily created and previewed through our Chrome extension. They can be recorded by following your actions or created manually step-by-step. Checklists

Checklists are used to guide users through a series of steps to complete a specific task. Onboarding checklists are created and edited through our dashboard. Surveys

Surveys are used to gather feedback from your users on how satisfied they are with your application. Surveys are created and edited through our dashboard. Banners

Banners are used for short, attention-grabbing messages that are displayed at the top or bottom of the page. Banners are primarily created and previewed through our Chrome extension. Hints

Hint tooltips are the best way to nudge your users towards a specific action or feature based on contextual information. Embeds

Embeds can be used to display different types of content embedded inside your existing application elements, such as lists or grids. Resource center is used to centralize different types of support content, such as announcements, news articles, contact information, knowledge base articles and interactive help guides.
