Why it Matters
Checklists are an effective way to teach users how to set up your application and onboard them to new features. By guiding users through actionable steps, you can ensure that they successfully complete the tasks needed to get the most out of your application.Analytics
- Engagement Score: percentage of total checklist completions. Checklist engagement is calculated by dividing the amount of total checklist completions by the amount of total checklist shows for the given time period.
- Total Views: number of total checklist shows for the selected period. This includes both automatically and manually triggered checklists.
- Total Completions: number of total checklist completions for the selected period.
- Average Completion Time: average selected checklist completion time for the entire period.
- Checklist Engagement Chart: shows how successfully users are completing your checklists after they start them.
- Average Completion Time Chart: shows average checklist completion time over time, indicating how successfully users are progressing through the checklist.
- Checklist Sessions Table: shows all the checklist sessions that users have started. Here you can see exactly where the checklist was started and how many of its tasks users have completed.

- Checklist: select either all or specific checklists to analyze.
- Date Range: period during which to analyze checklist engagement.
