Why it Matters

Guides contribute to better user onboarding experience and product usage, giving users a higher chance of returning to use your application again in the future.

Analytics

  • Engagement Score: percentage of total guide completions. Guide engagement is calculated by dividing the amount of total guide completions by the amount of total guide shows for the given time period.
  • Total Views: number of total guide shows for the selected period. This includes both automatically and manually triggered guides.
  • Total Completions: number of total guide completions for the selected period.
  • Average Completion Time: average selected guide completion time for the entire period.
  • Guide Engagement Chart: shows how successfully users are completing your guides after they start them.
  • Average Completion Time Chart: shows average guide completion time over time, indicating how successfully users are progressing through the guide.
  • Guide Sessions Table: shows all the guide sessions that users have started. Here you can see exactly where the guide was started and how far users got into the guide.

Filters

  • Page: select either all or specific guides to analyze.
  • Date Range: period during which to analyze guide engagement.
