Why it Matters

Surveys play a crucial role in helping you understand your users’ needs and preferences. By collecting feedback through in-app surveys, you can gain valuable insights into how to improve your application and deliver a better user experience. This, in turn, can lead to higher user satisfaction and loyalty.
