Why it Matters

Learn how successfully your application features are being used and how long users take to use a feature after they open your application. Task success contributes to better application usability and product experience. By analyzing the time it takes for users to start using a feature, you can gauge how intuitive it is for users to use your application features. A low task success score indicates that your users are not familiar with your feature, or they struggle to use them to their full potential, leaving a significant portion of your application’s value untapped.
